Minimum Requirements

Recent Browser Version:

A recent browser is required to display pictures properly and achieve an acceptable level of functionality. As of May 2014: Firefox 29, Internet Explorer 11, Opera 21, Safari 7, Chrome 35,... or other latest browsers. Based on the default settings of these browsers, our website performance is being tested.

The following points must be checked if display errors or performance errors appear:

  • Did you check the version number of your browser and occasionally update it?

  • How did you change your browser settings(Reset your browser to its default settings)?

  • Cookies must be allowed.

  • Some internet security software including firewalls or antivirus programs can block browser's content or affect your browser settings.

  • JavaScript must be activated.To do so, please follow the instruction below: How to turn on JavaScript

  • Browser add-ons occasionally block contents.If this is the case, they must be deactivated.

Please try a different browser, if the error message still appears! For example Firefox Portable Edition (No installation required)

Print@Home:

You are kindly advised to use a broadband internet connection and a less than 3 year old computer, which makes your online booking speedy and comfortable.

Please use the most recent version of your software(Browser, PDF-Reader,...) and notice that old software products are often unsupported and their performance guarantee would be expiring soon, which means: display errors, security holes and malware may affect your PC' performance.

How to turn on JavaScript

JavaScript is a prototype-based scripting language that is implemented as part of a web browser in order to provide enhanced user interfaces and dynamic websites.

In order to display the seating chart properly and carry out a internet booking, JavaScript must be activated in your browser.The scripts should be enabled by default in most web browsers, but if the JavaScript doesn't run and therefore your website doesn't work correctly, please follow the steps below to adjust your browser.

Also,if you have a trouble opening our seating chart, please complete the following instructions:

Internet Explorer 10 and 11

1.On web browser menu click "Tools" and select "Internet Options".
2.In the "Internet Options" window select the "Security" tab.
3.On the "Security" tab click on the "Custom level..." button.
4.When the "Security Settings-Internet Zone" dialog window opens, look for the "Scripting" section.
5.In the "Active Scripting" item select "Enable".

6.When the "Warning!" window pops out asking "Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?",select "Yes".
7.In the "Internet Options" window click on the "OK" button to close it.

Push F5 on your keyboard or click on the "Refresh" button of the web browser to reload the page.

Mozilla Firefox Version 24 or later

1.On the web browser menu click "Tools" and select "Options".
2.In the "Options" window select the "Content" tab.
3.Mark the "Enable JavaScript" check box.
4.In the opened "Options" window click on the "OK" button to close it.

Push F5 on your keyboard or click on the "Reload current page" button of the web browser to refresh the page.

Safari Version 7

1.On the web browser menu click on the "Edit" and select "Preferences".
2.In the "Preferences" window select the "Security" tab.
3.In the "Security" tab section "Web content" mark the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.

Push F5 on your keyboard or Click on the "Reload the current page" button of the web browser to refresh the page.

Internet Explorer Version 6, 7, 8, 9
